It all starts with your interest
Start out by reviewing our open positions at quintiles.com/careers and applying for those that interest you. Our online system makes it easy for you to create a profile and apply for as many jobs as you like. Your resume / CV will be reviewed by a member of our recruiting team. If there is a possible fit, you will be contacted for a first interview.

Making a first impression
First interviews provide us with the chance to take a closer look at your knowledge, skills, and experiences against the criteria laid out in the job description or job posting. The first interview is usually conducted by phone in less than an hour. This is also your opportunity to ask your first questions about the position and Quintiles.

Getting to know each other
After a successful first interview, we will invite you in for personal interviews. These on-site interviews give you the chance to get a feel for the culture and work environment here at Quintiles – and let us see if you are a fit to the organization. Typically, you will meet with multiple interviewers, including operations managers and managers in your field of expertise. This will allow you to get a broad view of the job.

You’ll receive an email with your interview schedule and details on the time and location of your meetings. Make sure you know where the interview facility is before the day of the interview! You’ll want to be prepared to talk about both your skills (technical abilities) and competencies (behaviors or “soft skills”) and how they relate to the job. You may also be asked questions around Quintiles Values: Customer Service, Teamwork, Integrity, Quality, and Leadership. Have a list of questions ready for your interviews. Reviewing our website prior to the interview will help you prepare by giving you a big-picture overview.
