Research-Based Customer Comparisons  

More than any other CRO, pharma respondents believe that Quintiles offers a range of services that meets all of their needs.

In a study of over 400 clinical decision makers, nearly 3 times as many respondents prefer to use Quintiles compared to the next ranked CRO.

Quintiles is rated the best provider for consistently delivering a project on time and on budget.

Satisfaction with Quintiles clinical services is the highest in the industry.

Independently conducted, blind surveys of Quintiles' and competitors' customers found the following:

Significantly more customers rate Quintiles' quality as "outstanding or extraordinary" than its nearest competitor.

Significantly more customers reported satisfaction with Quintiles' service delivery than any other service provider.

Decision-makers consider Quintiles the leader in the delivery of clinical development services at a rate of 2 to 1 over competitors in the United States and 6 to 1 in Europe.

Customers ranked "therapeutic expertise" the most important criterion when selecting a service provider, and on this rated Quintiles' project staff significantly higher than its nearest competitor.

Customers noted Quintiles project staff had significantly more industry experience than those of competitor organizations did.

In the US and Europe, customers consider Quintiles' understanding of the regulatory environment as ideal.

More customers gave Quintiles positive ratings for its ability to minimize project staff turnover than its nearest competitor.

Compared to its nearest competitor significantly more customers were willing to recommend Quintiles as a service provider of clinical development services.

Investigator Site Comments  

Four out of five investigators who have worked with Quintiles state that their overall relationship with Quintiles is good or excellent.

98% of investigators that have worked with Quintiles would do so again.

Nine out of ten of Quintiles' investigators are willing to recommend us to a colleague.

Approximately, nine out of ten of investigators that have worked with Quintiles believe they were adequately compensated.

Three out of four investigators who have worked with Quintiles state that they were somewhat to very satisfied with Quintiles.

Quintiles monitors are "above average" and we've never had any serious problems with them.Overall, the monitor has been one of the best in our experience. Everything from protocol to GCP, this monitor has been helpful. The CRA facilitated our participation in the clinical trial, making it one of the most rewarding.Our site has been involved with other CROs and monitors, and none compare to our Quintiles CRA. [CRA name] has been extremely helpful and available to answer all our questions, has conducted herself professionally, and has done an excellent job as our monitor.
